Personal Development Programme
Co-Curricular Activities are called Personal Development Programmes (PDP) in TJC because it is an important platform for our students to develop their personal and moral character. Our Personal Development, Character and Leadership, and Values-in-Action Programmes are the gateway to discover and pursue your passions. Temasek Junior College believes in holistic development toward academic excellence, a love for community, creativity, adventure and entrepreneurship.
It is compulsory for all students to join a PDP, even if a student has joined or intend to join an external CCA. PDP is an important avenue for student to interact with students from other classes and level, beyond their classroom interaction.

Every year, students are given many opportunities to showcase their skills and learn to work together in teams through intra-school as well as inter-school competitions and performances. Major college events and external concerts provide a platform for our aesthetics PDP members to perform in front of large crowds. For the performing arts PDPs a major venue to showcase their talent is the Singapore Youth Festival.
This TJC Performing Arts branding video encapsulates what drives our performing arts TJCians as performers in their craft. It is produced by our alumnus and photographer/filmmaker Mr Jeremy Jude Seow (@jememory_sg & www.facebook.com/memorylanep), who graduated in 2012. The college is grateful to have worked with him to create this video, which features our performing arts students in various locations in our beautiful campus, and the voiceovers done by our very own students Jarrod Paul Dharmaraj (CG01/20) and Hannah Lucia Valencia Anasco (CG21/20).
