On 24 April, we witnessed a momentous and sentimental occasion: the Students’ Council Investiture, a handover from the 42nd Students’ Council to the 43rd, with the theme of “Henosis”, the Greek word for “oneness” or “unity”.
Our Water Polo Girls Blazed Temasek’s Fame Once Again!
Our waterpolo girls have done us proud once again by advancing to the Finals of the A-Division National School Games! Spirits were high as many students and even tutors came down to cheer on the waterpolo girls.
It has been a long-standing tradition at TJC for members of the staff to come together at the school’s parade square and celebrate the end of term with copious amounts of satay, prata and ice-cream.
TJC Games Day – a whole load of fun and games!
Times change, and so do we. TJC held its inaugural Games Day for the whole college to participate in. This is the first year that such an event was held, in replacement of the annual Track & Field Meet to allow the college to focus more on team building and the prospect of fun.
The Temasek Flame Burns Bright for the Class of 2018
Across the past 5 years, our 2018 batch of JC 2 students have scored the best results thus far, with many more students scoring 6 distinctions and better. On top of that, our College maintains itself as one of the few Junior Colleges with a mean University Admission Score of 80 and above.
